Our commitment

We build for keyboard users, screen reader users, people who need stronger contrast, and anyone who prefers reduced motion. Accessibility is part of how we ship chrome, forms, and pathway navigation—not an afterthought.

What we support

  • Skip links to main content and primary navigation
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive controls
  • Semantic landmarks (banner, navigation, main, contentinfo)
  • Labeled form fields with aria-invalid, aria-describedby, and announced errors
  • ARIA labels and states on menus, tabs, dialogs, and disclosure widgets
  • Text alternatives; decorative images marked appropriately
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion
  • Site-wide Pause motion control (top bar) for decorative animations (WCAG 2.2.2)
  • Custom dotted cursor on fine-pointer desktops only — disabled on touch, reduced-motion, and when Pause motion is on
  • Responsive layouts that reflow without requiring two-dimensional scrolling on common viewports
  • New-window links announced for assistive technology

Keyboard tips

  • Tab / Shift+Tab — move through links and controls
  • Enter / Space — activate buttons and open pathway menus
  • Arrow Left / Right — move between social feed tabs when focused
  • Escape — close menus and the mobile navigation

Third-party embeds

YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest embeds are provided by those platforms. We title iframes and offer direct profile links when an embed is blocked by a browser or network. Their accessibility is outside Migracon’s full control.

Known limitations

Some archived page body content imported from migracon.com may still contain legacy markup. We continue cleaning structure and chrome. If you find a barrier, tell us and we will prioritize a fix.

Case-critical · after retainer

Your document checklist comes after retainer

Migracon provides your personalised document checklist after you sign the retainer agreement. That checklist is crucial to the success of your case — incomplete or rushed files are a common reason applications stall or get refused.

We do not publish a one-size-fits-all document dump online. Your official list is pathway-specific (Canada study permit, Canada visit visa, or PR exploration) and issued when engagement starts.
