1. Who we are

Migracon Inc (“Migracon,” “we,” “us”) is the organization responsible for personal information described in this policy. Head office: 824 Stargazer Dr, Mississauga, ON L5V 0B9, Canada. Pakistan office: VIP Plaza, Office No. 17, 2nd Floor, Markaz I-8, Islamabad. Email: info@migracon.com. Phone: +92 331 1208 888.

2. Scope

This policy covers migracon.com, crm.migracon.com, online assessments and contact forms, phone/email inquiries, and messages you send to our Facebook Page that are delivered into our CRM via Meta webhooks. It also covers advertising technologies we may use on migracon.com (including Google AdSense when enabled).

3. Information we collect

  • Identity and contact: name, email, phone, country, and similar details you provide.
  • Inquiry content: form answers, messages, documents you upload, and consultation notes.
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, device signals, and cookies or similar technologies needed to run, secure, measure, and (where enabled) monetize the site.
  • Advertising / analytics: when Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google AdSense is active, Google and its partners may receive pseudonymous identifiers, page URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and cookie identifiers to measure traffic and show ads (see Advertising below).
  • Meta / Messenger: message text, timestamps, Page-scoped ID (PSID), and—when Meta provides them—display name and profile picture for people who message our Page.

4. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide immigration/education consulting services
  • Operate our CRM (leads, messages, appointments, case work)
  • Improve our websites and service quality
  • Measure site performance with analytics tools
  • Display relevant advertising through Google AdSense (when enabled) and related Google advertising products
  • Comply with legal and professional obligations
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents

We do not sell your personal information as a customer list. We do not use Meta Platform profile fields for advertising targeting outside Migracon’s own customer service experience.

5. Advertising, Google AdSense, and cookies

migracon.com may show third-party ads served by Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-6006083008951068) and related Google advertising services. Ads help support free educational content such as visa checklists and location guides.

Google and its partners may use cookies, advertising IDs, and similar technologies to:

  • Serve and measure ads on our site
  • Limit how often you see an ad
  • Personalize ads based on your interests where permitted by law and your settings
  • Detect invalid traffic and protect against fraud

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to migracon.com and/or other sites on the Internet.

Your choices:

  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can also visit www.aboutads.info to opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising.
  • You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site features or ad relevance.

For more detail on how Google uses data when you use our sites or partner sites, see Google’s “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”. Our authorized digital sellers file is published at /ads.txt.

We aim to keep ad placement compliant with Google Publisher Policies and Better Ads Standards (no deceptive overlays, no accidental click traps, and clear separation of editorial content from ads).

6. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of: your consent; performance of a contract or steps prior to contract; legitimate interests in operating our consultancy, measuring site use, and funding free content via advertising; and legal obligation.

7. Sharing and processors

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including website/CRM hosting (currently SiteGround), standard email/telecom providers, and—when enabled—Google Analytics / Tag Manager / AdSense. Authorized Migracon staff access CRM data to serve you. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not share Messenger Platform Data with unrelated third parties for their marketing.

8. International transfers

We operate in Canada and Pakistan. Your information may be stored or accessed in those countries (and by processors in other countries where our hosts or advertising partners operate, including the United States for Google services). We take reasonable steps to protect information in transit and at rest.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including client file requirements and legal retention. Messaging and lead records may be retained while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you request deletion sooner and no retention obligation applies. Advertising and analytics cookies follow the retention periods set by those providers and your browser.

10. Security

We use access controls, HTTPS, and hosting security practices appropriate to a professional CRM. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise these rights, email info@migracon.com. For deletion steps specific to Meta Platform Data and CRM records, see User data deletion.

12. Cookies and analytics (summary)

We may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site function, preferences, analytics (for example Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics when enabled), and advertising (Google AdSense when enabled). Categories typically include:

  • Essential — security, load balancing, basic preferences
  • Analytics — aggregated traffic and page performance
  • Advertising — ad serving, frequency capping, and (where allowed) personalization

You can control cookies through your browser settings and the opt-out links in the Advertising section above.

13. Children

Our services are directed to adults seeking immigration or education advice. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction) through these sites. We do not knowingly show personalized ads to children.

14. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a revised date.

Case-critical · after retainer

Your document checklist comes after retainer

Migracon provides your personalised document checklist after you sign the retainer agreement. That checklist is crucial to the success of your case — incomplete or rushed files are a common reason applications stall or get refused.

We do not publish a one-size-fits-all document dump online. Your official list is pathway-specific (Canada study permit, Canada visit visa, or PR exploration) and issued when engagement starts.
