User data deletion

This page meets Meta’s requirement for a publicly available user data deletion instructions URL. It also explains how anyone can ask us to delete personal information we process as Migracon Inc.

What data we may hold

Depending on how you contacted us, we may hold:

• Contact details you submitted (name, email, phone, message content)
• Assessment or consultation form answers
• Facebook Messenger conversation content sent to our Page
• Messenger Page-scoped ID (PSID), display name, and profile picture URL when Meta provides them
• CRM lead notes created by our staff while helping you

How to request deletion

1. Email info@migracon.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Include enough detail for us to find your records, for example:
   • Full name
   • Email and/or phone you used with us
   • Facebook profile name used to message Migracon Inc (if applicable)
   • Approximate dates you contacted us
3. You may also submit a request via our contact form and write “Data deletion request” in the message.
4. Or call +92 331 1208 888 / +1 647 989 0173 and ask for a deletion request to be logged.

What we do after your request

1. We verify the request is from you (or someone authorized to act for you).
2. We locate related CRM leads, messages, and files.
3. We delete or anonymize personal data we no longer need to keep, including Messenger-linked lead records where feasible.
4. We confirm completion by email when practical, usually within 30 days (sooner when we can).

What we may retain

We may keep limited information when required by law, regulation, professional obligations, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes (for example engagement records or invoices). Where we must retain data, we will tell you what remains and why, unless the law prevents us from doing so.

Meta / Facebook-specific notes

• Deleting data from Migracon’s CRM does not delete your Facebook account or your copy of the chat in Facebook Inbox.
• To manage Facebook’s own copy of your data, use Facebook’s settings and Meta’s privacy tools.
• After we delete your CRM record, new messages you send to our Page may create a new conversation record.

App users and Platform Data

If you interacted with Migracon through a Meta app integration (for example messaging our Page connected to the Migracon CRM app), Platform Data we received from Meta (such as PSID, name, or profile picture) is included in deletion requests under this process.
